Warranty Policy

Notice on the warranty of availability of spare parts, repair services and information necessary for repair or maintenance

For Québec consumers only - (s. 39 of the Consumer Protection Act).

Please be advised that Bellucci Distributions Ltd (hereafter “Bellucci”), do not guarantee, within the meaning of section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act, CQLR, c. P-40.1 and sections 79.18 to 79.20 of the Regulation respecting the application of the Consumer Protection Act, CQLR, c P-40.1, r. 3, the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or the information necessary for the maintenance or repair of goods manufactured, imported, advertised, or sold by Bellucci.

Please note that, as applicable depending on the product type and brand, we continue to offer repair service, product exchange, and/or replacement parts through our authorized service centers, subject to the terms of our manufacturer's limited warranty. Our position is based on several important considerations: 

1. Lack of clarity, uniformity, and administrative complexity of the law

Law 29, in its current form, remains ambiguous regarding the duration criteria and specific obligations for each type of part or component. It is virtually impossible to establish a uniform availability period for all coffee machine components, as some have a very long technical lifespan, while others evolve rapidly or become obsolete for technological reasons. 

Furthermore, it would be excessively complex and unrealistic to establish, maintain, and constantly update a detailed, part-by-part list specifying an exact number of years of availability, given that production, supply, and technology conditions are continuously changing. This administrative rigidity and lack of a clear framework make strict compliance with the law difficult without compromising the consistency and viability of our consumer service.

2. Realistic and reasonable availability of parts

Contrary to the spirit of the law, we have already ensured extended and responsible availability of our spare parts. Many of our main components: grinder, brewing unit, pump, electronic board and others; remain available for 5 to 10 years, depending on the model and supplier. All parts remain available for sale even after the warranty period, either:

directly to consumers, or

through our network of authorized independent service centers.

We also provide detailed technical diagrams and parts lists to facilitate ordering and maintenance, supported by a team of service professionals and technicians ready to assist you with repairs and parts inquiries.

3. Product integrity and quality of repairs

While we support transparency and access to information, coffee machine repairs require specific technical expertise to ensure optimal performance and safety. Allowing untrained individuals to attempt repairs without the proper tools or knowledge could compromise the quality of extraction, as well as the reliability and integrity of the product.

Furthermore, improper repairs to certain components may invalidate the electrical and safety certifications our products have been tested and approved for, in accordance with Canadian and international standards. 

Our authorized service centers ensure that every intervention meets Bellucci’s quality and compliance standards, guaranteeing both safety and durability.

4. Access to parts: a value rooted in our DNA

At Bellucci, repairability and parts availability are not mere obligations; they are part of our DNA. For over 25 years, we have strived to maintain the highest possible level of parts availability to ensure the durability of our products and long-term customer satisfaction. 

This philosophy allows us to respond promptly to the needs of our consumers and service partners while supporting a responsible and sustainable approach.

5. Official service network and commitment to sustainability

We maintain a network of authorized service centers across Quebec and Canada, ensuring fast and professional after-sales service.

Spare parts can be ordered through these centers or directly via our online service.

We prioritize a sustainable approach; repair rather than replace, as long as the part and product remain safe and functional.

6. Warranty and quality commitment

This decision in no way affects our two (2)-year warranty on coffee machines and one (1)-year warranty on accessories, covering conformity and proper functioning.

We remain fully committed to providing efficient, honest, and transparent after-sales service while maintaining the quality and reliability of our products. 

We believe that this balanced approach, based on transparency, genuine parts availability, and the protection of product quality, fully reflects Bellucci’s values and meets our customers’ expectations, while also respecting the industrial realities of our sector.
